Stunning views over open farmland...
This traditional Grade II listed cottage is teaming with features, such as exposed beams, Yorkshire stone paving and a multi-fuel stove. There are many walks locally allowing you to enjoy Swaledale and the surrounding area. The nearby market town of Reeth offers tea shops, pubs, a Post Office and gift shops, whilst Richmond and Hawes offer a wider variety for all of your holiday needs.
- The cottage is completely non-smoking.
- Children are welcome.
- Travel cots and high chairs available.
- Sorry, no pets welcome.
Accommodation and facilities
The cottage has electric heating and a multi-fuel stove in the sitting room. All power and fuel for the wood-burning stove in the sitting room are included in the rental.
Ground Floor
Sitting room with multi-fuel stove, colour tv, video, DVD, stero/cd player, radio and a range of books, games, DVD's and videos. Fitted kitchen, with utility room containing washing machine and fridge/freezer. Dining room. 2 childrens high chairs and stairgate available on request.
Three bedrooms including master double bedroom with four poster bed, 1 further double room and room with 1 adult bunk. 2 childs cots available on request. All linen provided and included in rent.
First Floor

Bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC.

Short Breaks (SB)
Short Breaks are sometimes offered for 3 nights. These are usually Saturday, Sunday and Monday but days are flexible, so please do contact us to see if your request can be accommodated! You'll be glad to know that we do not charge a booking fee! Short Break rates are as shown in the following table:
