Business Acquisition, Start-up & Letting Consultancy
Having fulfilled the dream of a holiday home in Yorkshire myself, I am fully aware of the need to have a professional but personal service - my property really is "my baby".
Having created, owned and personally managed extremely successful businesses within the childcare industry, I have also been asked on occasions to act as Consultant in negotiations of finding land, property, purchasing or selling on behalf of entrepreneurs whom need to delegate so that they can concentrate on other business interests. I would like to offer my expertise to other “hopeful owners” or “recently purchased” proprietors.
Two of my qualifications are that of A1 Assessor (Childcare and Education) and Guest House and Hotel Management. The process of assessment is the same whatever the industry and thus I am able to bring properties up to the Assessment Inspection Level required for Grade 3, 4 or 5 Star. Also, my underpinning knowledge of Health and Safety requirement, such as Fire Regulations will naturally walk hand-in-hand as I view the property in question before taking over the Operational activities for busy clients perhaps based in a different geographical location.
I am able to offer:
- Research on the web, or face to face, with Estate Agents throughout the North of Yorkshire to appraise a property from the personal viewpoint of the Purchasers.
- Advise on the Quality Accreditation Standards under Quality in Tourism.
- Formulate a budget and then purchase on behalf of the Client the necessary items to accomplish 3, 4 or 5 Star.
- Manage the housekeeping duties to ensure Excellent Standards for the Guests whom have reserved their well earned holiday within a high quality “home from home” setting.
- Organise the whole holiday letting operation on a day to day basis on behalf of the Proprietor. This will ensure a high quality well organised business is offered to every individual encompassing all monetary issues resulting in profit for the Owner/Proprietor.
