The Rigg is situated on a hill and overlooks stunning dales and moorland, and provides an excellent location for a family holiday.

The cottage has an open fire and an oil-fired Aga cooker.

Ground Floor
Porch, hall with writing table and chair, cloackroom with WC, lounge with open fire, dining room with two tables and chairs for ten..
Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with oil fired Aga cooker, electric cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer, double drainer sink and microwave.
First Floor
Bedroom 1 with three single beds, wardrobe and dressing table. Bedroom 2 with double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and washbasin. Bedroom 3 with double bed, wardrobe and dressing table. Bedroom 4 with single bed, wardrobe and dressing table.
Bathroom
Bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin, WC and shaving point.
External
Local shops are three and a half miles away, and a nice pub with good food is only 200 yards walk.
- Private parking for 3 cars.

- Dogs by arrangement.
Please note that blankets and pillows are provided, but visitors should bring their own bed linen, towels, table cloths and tea towels. These can be supplied by a local hire company if more convenient - details can be supplied.

Short Breaks (SB)
Short Breaks are sometimes offered for 3 nights. These are usually Saturday, Sunday and Monday but days are flexible, so please do contact us to see if your request can be accommodated! You'll be glad to know that we do not charge a booking fee! Short Break rates are as shown in the following table:
