Self catering holiday cottage for 7 people in Reeth situated within the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
Ideal village location
Bellegreen is a stone-built three-storey 4-bedroomed house originally part of the village workhouse, and is ideally located overlooking the green in the delightful village of Reeth, Swaledale, approx. 10 miles from Richmond. It is easy to enjoy a number of outdoor activities in Swaledale, from walking to mountain biking (e.g. Dales Cycle Centre in nearby Fremington). Swaledale is the most northerly dale in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Reeth has a number of pubs and restuarants for that special meal, shops, post office, bakery, ice cream parlour, tea rooms, photo gallery and a weekly farmers market.
The ancient market town of Richmond is within easy reach, steeped in history and boasts an 11th Century Norman Castle, Georgian Theatre, swimming pool, cinema, shops, pubs and restaurants. Leyburn is also near by with a further variety of shops, and other local attractions.
Reeth and the surrounding area offers a warm welcome to visitors and families with children as there are a large variety of activities and attractions on offer throughout the year.

Accommodation
Bellegreen is accommodated accoss three floors, and accomodates up to 7 people in 4 bedrooms - 2 doubles, 1 twin and 1 single.
Ground Floor
Kitchen
Large farmhouse kitchen / dining room with dining table to seat 8, with all the required essentials: electric cooker with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven and television.
Living Room
An additional lounge and large flat-screen TV with multi-channel Freesat and VCR (playback only).
Bathroom
Bathroom 1 with shower spray over bath, toilet and basin and fitted with porcelain tile floor and separate thermostatic shower over the bath.
First Floor
Living Room
Large sitting room with open coal fire and views over the Green to the front and towards Grinton Moor at the rear. The rear door access on to a balcony and steps down to patio/barbeque/garden area. Fitted with payphone, television with Freesat and DVD.

Bathroom 2 with bath, walk in thermostatic shower, WC and basin.
Second Floor
Two bedrooms: A large double bedroom with exposed A frame beams, and a twin bedroom with exposed A-frame beams. (Please note that the twin room bedroom is accessed through the double).
Garden
The rear doors leads to the balcony and steps down to the patio/garden area.

Utility room off patio area with Automatic Washing Machine, Freezer and Tumbler Dryer
Easy access to Swaledale
- One or two well-behaved pets are allowed (at a charge of £20 per reservation).
- The cottage is no smoking.

Short Breaks (SB)
Short Breaks are sometimes offered. These are a minimum of three nights long within a Saturday to Friday night period. Days are flexible, so please do contact us to see if your request can be accommodated! Short breaks will be priced at 65% of a weekly cost. You'll be glad to know that we do not charge a booking fee!
