Harrogate’s Valley Gardens, Harrogate
The Valley Gardens in Harrogate is a wonderful public park full of paths and beautiful flower beds that are bursting with colour. The gardens are open all year round and there is no entrance fee into the Valley Gardens despite it being an English Heritage Grade II listed garden.
Within the grounds of the gardens there are a number of family friendly attractions such as pitch and put, crazy golf, golf Frisbee or tennis amongst other things and there is a small fee to participate.

RHS Garden Harlow Carr, Harrogate
Dominated by water, stone and woodland, RHS Garden Harlow Carr is very much part of the surrounding Yorkshire landscape. Newby Hall and Gardens, Ripon
