The Appleby Horse Fair is a long event where Romany families meet up and conduct business in Appleby-in-Westmorland, Cumbria - about 1 hour from the Yorkshire Dales National park.

The 2011 event is happening 2nd - 8th June, and worth a visit to emerse yourself in the history and excitement of the fair.
