Tree silhouette Brompton on Swale   

Went for a wonderful dog walk today around Brompton on Swale and Scorton, just outside Richmond and very near to Northallerton.  Lovely puffy white clouds, sunny (had to wear sunglasses!) and warm - a great spring-like day.  Had view of Richmond on the hill and beyond towards the Yorkshire Dales National Park, and the other direction views of the North York Moors - both great holiday destinations with plenty of self-catering holiday accomodation and cottages.
