Beyond the immediate surrounds the village is overlooked by the stunning fells of Fremington Edge and Calver Hill which we can guarantee will provide a stunning backdrop to your visit. ...

A quiet and peaceful location on the edge of the village. A great base for a walking holiday, Fremington Edge, Harkerside Moor. Calver Hill, Langthwaite and Keld being the highlights. The Copper Kettle cafe was a great place to finish the walks. The cottage was faultless and stayed warm even in the freezing weather. I would stay here again when I return to the area. Thanks Hannah – your cottage is spotless and faultless!
