We believe we are the first, and only, UK Holiday Cottage Agent to offer this type of package deal.

Of course, your safety is our priority, and we are strictly following government guidance. We can guarantee the basket is well ventilated, but you will still be required to wear your masks at all times during your flight. We can only transport members of the same household or those in your support bubble. The hot air balloon basket will be well disinfected between each flight.

APPROXIMATE FLIGHT TIMES

Please note that travel time will depend on the wind speed on the day of travel, please see approximate flight times below based on a wind speed of 5 MPH. The average UK wind speeds are 2-8 MPH, thus the actual travel time may differ, i.e. could be more, could be less, but, we figured, as you are going on holiday what’s the rush anyway!

• London to Yorkshire (approx. 250 miles) – 50 hours
• Newcastle to Yorkshire (approx. 60 miles) – 12 hours
• Liverpool to Yorkshire (approx. 122 miles) – 25 hours
• Cardiff to Yorkshire (approx. 288 miles) – 57 hours
• Edinburgh to Yorkshire (approx. 169 miles) – 34 hours

*when we say direct, we mean as direct as possible. It will depend on the direction of the wind, but we shall try to keep any detours to a minimum.
