Entering through the characterful arched half-glazed front door, guests are welcomed into a spacious lounge with a warm and cosy atmosphere. Comfortable seating, a tiled floor and a TV with terrestrial channels make this a relaxing space to unwind after a day spent exploring the Yorkshire Dales.
Leading from the lounge is a modern shower room featuring a walk-in shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.
The Annexe features a compact kitchen designed for preparing breakfasts, light lunches and evening meals. To ensure guests have clear expectations, please note that there is no conventional oven.

Please note that the double bedroom is arranged in a mezzanine-style layout and does not have a separate door, creating a more open-plan feel throughout the property.

The history of Reeth dates way back to the 18th Century, where it used to be the capital of the lead mining industry and a local centre for hand knitting, with a population of 1,460.
