This was a lovely little cottage. So clean and compact. We have always loved Reeth and this was a perfect place to stay. We will definitely be back. Many thanks to host Hannah for such a wonderful little bolt hole.

  2. Simon

    Great location, beautiful place

  3. Rob

What a great place to stay ! Perfect for two people (and a dog !) in a lovely village. The accommodation was great, exactly as the photos showed in and in a brilliant location within 2mins walk from the centre of Reeth. The village itself has a couple of general stores, various craft shops and a picturesque green…but most importantly a handful of dog-friendly pubs with amazing food, convivial atmosphere and perfect pints. Scenery is beautiful and plenty of different walking trails in all directions easily found from the village centre. Accommodation was just the right size, well-equipped, modern and really tidy. Definitely one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in !

  4. Julia

The cottage was perfect, nothing at all to fault. It was homely, welcoming and spotless. The bed was really comfy. It was in a perfect location for walks on the doorstep but also plenty of places a short drive away. The local pubs served good food and the bakery next door was incredible. I recommend the cardamom swirls!

  5. Dimitris

  8. Josie

Exceptional. The location was ideal. A short 2 minute walk to the main centre/pub. Also lots of footpaths accessible from the door. We went on a lovely evening trail run from the door and were straight away on lovely quiet footpaths. Two dales bakery next door was amazing. The place was so clean and cosy – would definitely go back.

  9. Christine

The cottage is lovely – spotlessly clean, well furnished and very comfortable. The log fire is one of the best we’ve experienced in a rental cottage, with enough logs, kindling and firefighters to enjoy an evening in. Location is perfect for the village centre, friendly pubs and amenities, and was the starting point for some great walks. Free or really cheap parking is available either outside or close by. Our host was very responsive, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a very comfortable stay at Galboly Cottage. It is in a lovely village location with beautiful surroundings. The cottage is very well equipped and is like a home from home. The village although very peaceful has everything you need from a village bakery to a local convenience store, ice cream parlour and craft shops. We had a very enjoyable stay and cannot wait to re visit.

Great cottage in a great location! Easy to find & loads of parking. Very handy to walk to bakery, pub, tearoom, & walks down to river & countryside. Cottage was lovely & warm, heated on arrival. Great shower. Front patio area really pretty & lucky enough to sit out in the unusual sunny October weather, & enclosed for the dog. All pots & pans needed for cooking etc. Would happily return.
