LOCATION

Reeth

Reeth

The history of Reeth dates way back to the 18th Century, where it used to be the capital of the lead mining industry and a local centre for hand knitting, with a population of 1,460. At the heart of Reeth is a triangular green, surrounded by the local community, pubs, teas rooms, restaurant and gift shops. Beyond the immediate surrounds the village is overlooked by the stunning fells of Fremington Edge and Calver Hill which we can guarantee will provide a stunning backdrop to your visit. ...

Great and spacious flat right on the village green. Perfect for long walks in and around Swaledale or shorter ones to the pubs, bakeries and the ice cream parlour Reeth has to offer. The flat itself has everything needed for a short stay. Despite being a good size and an old building you can easily get it cozy and warm. Would love to return as there is plenty more to explore!
